Why does Indygo process your data?

Indygo only processes personal data for determined, explicit, and legitimate purposes. Indygo does not process this data in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

01 – Indygo processes your data in the context of performing a contract

For this purpose, Indygo pursues the following goals:

  • Order management, processing, and tracking
  • Customer service
  • Account creation
  • Installations, monitoring of connected equipment, and data operation
  • Notifications necessary for the operation of the services offered
  • Geolocation necessary for the operation of the services offered

 

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above. Data logs are archived for 52 weeks after the data is deleted.

 

For processing related to contract performance, data may be retained for a maximum period of three years from the end of the contractual relationship.

02 – Indygo also processes data for purposes other than the strict performance of contracts.
In such cases, Indygo ensures it has a legitimate interest in carrying out the processing.

Depending on the case, Indygo processes your personal data, either collected directly from you or resulting from the use of its products or services.
Indygo only processes a piece of data or category of data if it is strictly necessary for the intended purpose.

These measures are adapted according to the sensitivity level of the data processed and the level of risk presented by the processing or its implementation.
These measures help prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, and deletion of the personal data concerned.
Indygo guarantees the security of data and servers, as well as the availability, evolutive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of associated services.
Indygo ensures the integrity of partitioned backups.
